Submitting anecdotes, articles or requests for links
If planning to submit items, please e-mail ahead BEFORE SENDING, include author' s name for a credit, and include as much information as possible about date, location, and full names of people featured. Any articles submitted are subject to the Webmaster' s approval and on the understanding that they may be edited to ensure they fit in with the tone of the Local Memories Website and to ensure no local people are mentioned in a way they may find detrimental. Paper items are acceptable but Text computer files are preferred (Word or WordPerfect files are no use to me I'm afraid)
Submitting items to illustrate anecdotes or articles
Paper items are acceptable but JPEG computer images are preferred - if planning to submit items, please e-mail ahead BEFORE SENDING with as much information as possible, date, location, and ownership of the original photo (for Copyright purposes), and names of people featured, as their permission may be needed to include their image on the webpage. Every effort will be made to keep items safe and get them back to their owners intact but items are submitted strictly on an "owner's risk" basis, and no responsibility or liability can be taken by the Webmaster for possible loss or damage
